Locally Supported POS Systems for Tasmanian Businesses

We provide both onsite and remote support across Tasmania.  We use Teamviewer for remote support and have tech support relationships in Northern Tasmania for customers in that area.

Software Support

When you purchase a POS System from Prosys, support is included for the 30 days from invoice date.  Training on the features you have requested is included and available at no additional cost for 90 days from invoice date.  After this your support falls under our standard PAYG charging, available during standard business hours.

If you want support availability outside those hours then you need a Support Contract.  A Contract extends availability hours to the weekends and into the evenings. The cost of a Contract depends on your system and will be quoted to you separately on request.

If you have Version 7 or earlier of IdealPOS then you should read this too.

Hardware Support

Your new hardware can also be supported with automatic upgrading, warranty extensions and spares availability.  This means that your hardware will be automatically updated at End-of-Life and never cost you anything for repairs, unless purposely damaged.  The cost of Hardware Support depends on your system and will be quoted to you separately on request.

Version 8/9 Subscriptions

A Version 8/9 sub does not include any additional support.
